Immersive Spanish for Beginners: Travel

Description

This beginning Spanish course introduces students to the language through a Biblical lens, connecting faith with real communication skills. Students will build beginner Spanish vocabulary while learning how faith and culture are expressed in Spanish-speaking communities around the world.

How Students Will Learn

Students will practice Spanish in all four language areas:

• Speaking (using new vocabulary in conversation)

• Reading (short passages, stories, and Scripture connections)

• Listening (audio, teacher interaction, and dialogue practice)

• Writing (guided sentences and simple responses)

What Students Will Learn

Throughout the course, students will:

• Discover cultural values, traditions, and daily life in Spanish-speaking countries

• Grow their Spanish vocabulary and confidence in communicating

• Connect what they learn with Scripture and Biblical principles

Communication Skills They Will Practice

Students will learn how to:

• Express what they want or need (personal desires)

• Talk about different types of transportation

• Ask for and give simple directions
